Employment Compliance Workshop: Contracts, Policies & Disputes

Most employment disputes in Tanzania are won or lost long before the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration - in the quality of the contracts, policies and procedures an organisation has in place. This hands-on half-day workshop helps HR and in-house teams build employment frameworks that are compliant with the Employment and Labour Relations Act and genuinely dispute-resistant.
