The Registrar of Companies (BRELA) has issued a warning to the Ministries, Government entities and the public in general from dealing with Companies that have not updated their online records with the Registrar (BRELA).
In the statements issued, the Registrar insisted that, all kinds of contractual transactions with Companies should be entered upon satisfactory confirmation that such companies have updated their online records according to the law. The Registrar added that, the public should be aware in order to avoid any legal and economic repercussion from dealing with companies that have not updated their records accordingly.
