As a Practising Advocate in Tanzania, Boaz Mabula focuses his practice on Intellectual Property Law (Trademark, Copyright and Patent), Investment law Advisory as well as Competition and Consumer Protection Law and Natural Resources (Mining, Oil and Gas) Law. Boaz, has acted for and advised various clients including national and international clients on high profile business and corporate transactions by providing unqualified professional advice, and representations on matters relating to investment in tangibles and intangibles; Construction and Infrastructure; Mining and Natural Resources; Mergers and Acquisitions; Competition and Anti-Trust; Compliance; Telecommunication and ICT; Procurement and Contract Management and Government Relations and Public Policy. Boaz also has strong dispute resolution experience in litigation and mediation. On top of being a practicing attorney, Boaz is also assistant Lecturer in Law at the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law (UDSoL).
